The speaker for this meeting will be Attorney Joseph Buttiglieri, from the firm of Kemp, Klein, Umphrey, Endelman & May P.C. in Troy, Michigan. He will present a program entitled, " Acting As a Trustee: Boone or Burden?" The program will focus on the responsibilities and possible pitfalls of seving as a trustee. It will cover definitions, preliminary considerations, special skills needed, duties and obligations, compensation and expenses. Issues such as taxes, real estate, court supervision and some selected cases will be briefly discussed.
