The speaker for the February 25 meeting will be Richard C. Mills, a shareholder with Marcoux Allen P.C. in Ann Arbor and Jackson, Michigan. His presentation will focus on Post-Death Planning, including dealing with repairing an estate plan after death or irrevocability. Tools such as trust decanting, modification, reformation, termination, Cy Pres, and Agreements to Alter Shares will be explored when a trust or will does not work as intended.
