This program will be a panel discussion on the topic of Elder Law. Three main topics will be presented:
(1) Authority to Act on Behalf of Incapacitated Adults; (2) Common Planning Issues for Elderly Clients; and (3) Medicaid Basics. Each topic will be further detailed. The panelists are planning an informal presentation, allowing for questions throughout the program. They will each contribute to any question or issue posed by the members.
